This November, Grandmaster Di Guoyong visited our school for two weeks of seminars and classes. Master Di is one of the world's leading Hebei Xing Yi Masters and a founding member and former president of the Beijing Xing Yi Quan Research Association. In this visit, he taught usthe five basic fists and applications, the linking fist form, beginner and advanced partner forms, and a partner staff form. We thank Master Di again for visiting from China and for his generous, refined instruction.
